Aromas and flavors of honeydew, tangerine, kiwi, litchi, and jasmine. Our Viognier is a very expressive wine with a lively nose, briny acidity, and balanced sweetness.

Refreshing aromas of lime zest and apple are layered with floral hints of jasmine and orange blossom. Bright on the palate, flavors of guava and peach are lively with notes of Granny Smith apple and citrus.

Punchy and vibrant aromas of passionfruit, white peach, and nectarine jump out of the glass, underscored by hints of fresh cut grass and kaffir lime. The palate, tightly focused and vibrant, features notes of juicy white peach with gooseberry and ripe grapefruit present as well. Its signature acidity is mouthwatering and memorable, leaving you wanting another glass

Fermented in 100% stainless steel, this beautiful wine is wonderfully bright and consistent vintage after vintage. At first swirl, aromatics of honeydew, white peach and jasmine spring forward from the glass, followed with time by citrus blossom, watermelon rind and pineapple. On the palate, the wine has refreshing flavors of peach, grapefruit and jasmine with hints of mandarin, cucumber and lemon curd. The mouthfeel is soft yet inviting, with a lively acidity. This is a classic, Loire Valley-style wine!

On the nose, it evokes white peaches, Golden Delicious apples, golden raisins, lemon zest and a hint of lemongrass. Though crisp up front, the mid-palate offers a medium-bodied texture. Its flavors include Gravenstein apples, Bartlett pears, yellow nectarines, baked apple crisp, brioche and a touch of marzipan. The finish has beautiful length with fresh acidity and subtle toasty notes.

Vibrant aromas of tropical fruit, citrus, spring flowers and melon lead to a full punch of fruit flavor on the palate and a luscious, yet bright and lingering finish.

Aromas of pear, apricot, orange peel, slate, chamomile, honeysuckle, and beeswax. The crisp and refreshing style of the Côtes-du-Rôbles Blanc makes it a perfect pairing partner to grilled snapper, scallops, rillette, camembert with quince jam.

Intense aromas of ripe Asian pear, pineapple, and candied peach are found on the nose. T hey continue to the concentrated palate where they meet additional flavors of ripe nectarine, honey, and hints of candied ginger. The rich mid palate, framed by bright acidity, builds, giving way to a long and lingering finish of ripe melon and spice

The wine opens with warm savory aromatics and is followed with lemon and pear in the background. It’s distinctly Chardonnay. New oak has been used sparingly to enhance the wine with subtle tones, rather than dominate it.

Asian pear and melon dance alongside toasted hazelnut, inviting anticipation. On the palate, a harmonious fusion unfolds—refreshing stone fruit, lemon custard, and tropical blossoms interplay, guided by a well-balanced acidity.

Well-balanced with a waxy, smooth palate, lightly toasted oak, and a touch of salinity. Flavors and aromas of Meyer lemon, apple blossom, brioche, toffee, pie crust, and white peach lightly coat the palate.

Aromas of ripe golden apple, pear and a hint of citrus. On the palate the wine is complex and concentrated, blending ripe orchard fruit flavors with baking spices and melon.
