Napatini and Chef Erin Sealy are excited to share selections from Paso Robles' Cass Winery. In addition to some classic Rhone varietals, like Viognier and Mourvedre, we are also excited to share the Bordeaux style blend, Vintage Ted. For this dinner we'll feature a wonderful line-up of estate wines, with two white wine and one red, perfect for the summer, and two cab/cab-blend wines, perfect for our cool evenings. These wines, coming from a small-production, family/partner run winery will certainly over-deliver. Jim Kern will be joining us from the winery to discuss the Paso Robles wine region, winemaking, and the rich history at Cass.
